| Doctor's Office: Former Burlington Northern 11389 was selected to be at the end of the train. The metal 30-foot caboose had double-pane windows, an electrical cabinet with wiring, and an intact cupola. A small part of the inside metal work that housed a small toilet was cut out to give more room for mobile storage units. Both external sides of the caboose wear the original Spokane International emblem. |
|

The inside of the caboose shows an early coal caboose stove on the left with a desk directly behind. The cupola, shown in the right photo, has an air valve and pressure gauge on the wall below the ceiling light. Instructions above the valve show the conductor which way to turn the handle to "dump" the air in the brake lines, which set the brakes. |
